New opportunity for a Manager level Dealing Room Compliance professional.
The role is to join one of the most exciting and ambitious Banking Institutions in the UK.
The position sits within the wider Regulatory and Risk business and is responsible for providing transactional regulatory advice and Compliance monitoring for the Treasury, including the Dealing Room and the Debt Issuance functions. It also maintains dealer mandates, participates in new product approvals, counterparty / client due diligence (KYC), the management of conflicts of interest and the implementation of regulatory change within the Treasury Department.
The candidate will provide accurate, insightful, high quality output, regulatory analysis, advice and guidance tailored to meet the needs of Treasury (in particular Dealing Room) colleagues and senior stakeholders, and oversee and execute controls, operating as a Compliance functional specialist.
Skills and Capabilities

• Strong Treasury knowledge from a Trading or Compliance Background.
• A good understanding of wholesale markets either in an investment banking or commercial banking firm.
• A good understanding of the regulatory environment, in particular the FCA and PRA Handbooks.
• An ability to assess and report compliance risks
