The company

Our client is a major specialty insurance company with a significant and growing global reach. They have an opportunity for an established audit manager, with a good understanding of the insurance business. This is a fantastic opportunity with a truly outstanding organisation.

The opportunity

  • You will be responsible for leading audit projects from end to end.
  • Delivering the full audit lifecycle, from scoping and planning through, execution and reporting.
  • Delivering components of the audit program, identifying risks to management.
  • Participate in steering committees, project boards and/or other bodies as required.
  • Line management responsibility.
  • Great opportunities for further progression within the organisation.

Your profile

  • An established audit manager with at least 7 years’ experience
  • Currently operating at Manager level, most likely within the internal audit function of an insurance business.
  • Significant experience of leading internal and/or external audit projects, within the insurance industry.
  • Good understanding of insurance risk and control.
  • Experience of finance audits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An accountancy qualification
