Audit Manager, Insurance

Our client is a major specialty insurance company with a significant and growing global reach. They have an opportunity for an established audit manager, with a good understanding of the insurance business. This is a fantastic opportunity with a truly outstanding organisation.
The opportunity
- You will be responsible for leading audit projects from end to end.
- Delivering the full audit lifecycle, from scoping and planning through, execution and reporting.
- Delivering components of the audit program, identifying risks to management.
- Participate in steering committees, project boards and/or other bodies as required.
- Line management responsibility.
- Great opportunities for further progression within the organisation.
Your profile
- An established audit manager with at least 7 years’ experience
- Currently operating at Manager level, most likely within the internal audit function of an insurance business.
- Significant experience of leading internal and/or external audit projects, within the insurance industry.
- Good understanding of insurance risk and control.
- Experience of finance audits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An accountancy qualification
