We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Customer Experience expert.
The main focus of the role will be to analyse the delivery of the customer experience. You will be specifically responsible for enabling Senior management to achieve their strategic goals by strategically auditing: what the customer wants? What we think the customer got and the customer perception of what they got.
This is a unique role in a rapidly growing company on a very exciting customer journey. Whilst this sits within audit, this position this is not a traditional audit role and will suit a customer experience expert with an interest in adding strategic value.
You will have extensive experience of Customer Experience gap analysis gained either within a Consultancy or Retail, Media, Telco or similar.

Very senior stakeholder management experience
Significant project management experience
An ability to turn theoretical concepts into practical actions
