Internal Audit with Data Analytics

Our client is a leading and high-profile financial services organisation with an instantly recognisable brand. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced auditor with data analytics skills, to join their internal team. 

The opportunity

• This is a fantastic opportunity where your work will really make a difference, helping to protect customers, identify potential fraud and protect the business.
• Support the delivery of the internal audit plan for the risk portfolio (credit, market, model, liquidity)
• Design, develop and deliver computer-assisted audit techniques (CAATs) and data analytics in an internal audit context.
• Identify opportunities for data analytics and then support the development and delivery of those analytics.

Your profile

• 1 to 2 years audit experience gained in industry or consulting.
• Good understanding of the audit cycle and risk and control concepts.
• Experience of the use of any or all of SQL, R, Python or VBA.
• Understand how data analytics can be used to provide business insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
